The world is almost fully re-open if you are vaccinated now. Many unvaccinated individuals think they are unable to travel but this isn’t true. Many countries are still fully open to you, but you will have less options than a fully vaccinated individual. You are also more likely to need a test or possibly a quarantine depending on your destination.
It is certainly more challenging than the past and the rules do update regularly, but it is still possible to travel if you want to. You just need to make a few more plans.
